City of Temple Public Works Department Receives APWA Accreditation
We are proud to announce that the City of Temple’s Public Works Department has received accreditation from the American Public Works Association (APWA). After three years of rigorous evaluation and internal interviews, the department has demonstrated 100% compliance with all 426 practices reviewed. This accreditation not only recognizes commitment to excellence but also positions Temple as the 15th city in Texas to achieve this prestigious recognition.
Travis Science Academy Receives Grant for STEM Program

Thanks to a generous grant of $10,000 from Lead the Way, students will have access to new gear including iPads and Android devices to enhance their learning experience.
