The acquisition of DataMax and LOMOSOFT are consistent with the company’s strategy to grow internationally and provide customers with a single, integrated solution in the countries they serve. In addition to this substantial expansion around the world, PDI will also strengthen and broaden its software solutions portfolio with the addition of a comprehensive and full fuel wholesale offering, including supply chain and logistics management.
PDI has been on a path of growth and expansion both through investments in internal R&D and through targeted acquisitions that broaden its solution portfolio as well as its global and market segments.
