TEMPLE, Texas, March 28, 2017 – PDI, a leading provider of enterprise-class software to convenience
retailers and wholesale petroleum marketers, held a ribbon cutting ceremony this morning at the
site of its new office headquarters at the Lakes of Central Pointe. The ceremony was attended by
PDI’s leadership team, Temple Mayor Danny Dunn, members of the Temple Chamber of Commerce,
representatives from the Temple Economic Development Corporation, and local business owners.

Carson Design Associates was responsible for the interior design of the 33,000-square-foot building
while all construction was completed by RM Rodriguez Construction LP. The newly renovated building
features an open floor concept and 10 collaborative spaces, including 4 glassed-in rooms with varying
styles of furniture ranging from casual to traditional. The office also includes a hall showcasing the
company’s values, a state-of-the-art training facility for onsite customer training, motivational wall
quotes to inspire excellent customer service, a video and photography studio, and a completely
remodeled breakroom with a fully stocked mini-convenience store where employees can purchase
food.

“We had several goals we wanted to accomplish with the design of this office,” said PDI CEO Jimmy
Frangis. “First, we wanted to create a modern, collaborative work environment where our team
members enjoyed coming to work and were inspired to do their best. Second, we wanted a space
that was reflective of the top-notch talent we currently employ and seek to attract. Finally, we wanted
an office that represents who we are as an industry leader and who we aspire to be, and I think we
accomplished that.”

Overall, PDI made a significant investment in the design and renovation of the new space. However, its
headquarters is not the only place the Temple, Texas-based software company is investing. Since the
beginning of the year, PDI has hired nearly 40 people for a wide range of roles and plans to continue
hiring throughout 2017.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, PDI continued its decades-long tradition of giving back to the
community with the announcement of two-year and one-year financial commitments respectively to
two local charities—the Un-Included Club and Children’s Miracle Network. The two charities received
the most votes by PDI employees during a multiphase selection process that occurred earlier this year.
