Wilsonart LLC Completes Purchase of Durcon Incorporated

(AUSTIN, TX – November 8, 2013) – Wilsonart LLC said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of Durcon Incorporated. Taylor, TX-based Durcon is well-known for its high performance, epoxy-resin work surfaces and sinks for laboratories and research facilities. The acquisition was first announced on October 14, 2013.
